The company's founder, B.J. Kaplan, Ph.d., has over thirty years of experience working with regional, national, and international businesses. From executive coaching, business training, retreat facilitation to marketing consulting and planning Barry has helped companies and leaders achieve results. We have over 25 training modules covering marketing, management, and communication issues. In addition, our crisis management and media training services have been used by leading companies and leaders to prevent or negate potentially negative stories.

Our research group, headed by Tom Clark has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and has conducted market research since 1987. Our personal interviews and focus groups are conducted by the Firm's senior executives. They also develop and write the research parameters and the reports. For quantitative telephone interviews we pre-test and monitor the interviews to be sure that the questionnaire will achieve the study's objectives. As a result our clients have a high confidence level and we obtain the insights needed by the client. The study reports are in PowerPoint format with color laser hard copies including all relevant detail and summaries.
